Salt is locally owned and operated by two Virginia Beach Natives. We have gone to great lengths to not only serve the community, but to give back in any way we can. You may find our staff on Sunday’s volunteering for non profit organizations designed to enhance our community (Save the Bay), or you may dine in and enjoy an order of our Local Lynnhaven Oysters where we donate the used shells to Lynnhaven River Now to re-seed the local oyster beds. Not only do we source our ingredients from local sensible markets, but you will also see a big part of our beer and wine list are local or have local ties. Even our old fryer oil is used in the production of Biofuel! This is all topped off with an Amazing menu by our Executive Chef Justin Kealiinohomoku featuring “Farm to Table” style Pacific Cuisine suitable for the most educated palate to most dietary restrictions including gluten free and vegan. We work hard every day to offer an incredible meal by a friendly staff in a warm and inviting environment.
